The LifeSEED Initiative:

Creating Sustainable Prosperity, One Job at a Time

What is the LifeSEED initiative?

Our Vision:

LifeSEED (Life Skills Empowerment and Entrepreneurial Development) is an ICS initiative that provides opportunities for youth to become productive, thriving, and contributing members of society. We firmly believe that all youth have the ability to be inspiring, effective, and accomplished leaders, if we unleash their passion, focus their interests, emphasize the importance of hard work and determination and provide them with vital resources.

Our Mission:

To transform the future of the Caribbean by ensuring that young people are able to acquire the crucial skills and essential resources needed to secure their livelihoods and reach their goals. We seek to promote development through private enterprise while championing the need for social responsibility in order to prepare youth to take on the complex challenges that they face, have an indelible, positive impact on their communities, and achieve success and self-sufficiency.

Our Values:

We promote and strongly support advocacy, education, and development. We believe that young people need to be self-directed, gainfully employed, and equipped to reach their goals. We want to nurture and support the youth and give them employment skills, life skills, leadership and job skills, and knowledge to become empowered, and put them in a position to recognize their ability to effect change and succeed, and live up to their full potential.
